How long does the application process take?
Once you complete and submit the ONE page application, your company can be approved, receive your fuel/maintenance cards and begin fueling in as few as 7 days.

Is the card program for businesses only?
Yes, our card programs is currently only being offered to companies.

How many fleet vehicles are required to apply?
One. We accept applications for any business with any size fleet.

What are the payment terms?
We invoice on a calendar month and invoices are due the 25th of the following month.

Do you have online access?
Yes, we have online access to view and download your transaction details as well as a complete reporting suite.

Where can I pay my fuel bill?
You can remit a check or pay online.

Is the business information completed on the application kept confidential?
Yes. The business information is requested solely for credit approval and is only available to our credit department. We do not distribute this information to any other third parties.

Are the cards accepted at the pump?
Yes, the Gate Fleet fuel cards are accepted at the pump, no special terminal needed.

Is the odometer reading required?
The pump requires that you enter a number. You can substitute a PO number, route number, etc. as long as you enter a number. Note that any number entered other than the odometer, the MPG will not calculate on your invoice.
